My paypal account has been hacked by someone and he made online purchasing from wish.com twice for total of 9,360 Rupees. The payment shows pending but the money had been withdrawn from my account. i tried to contact paypal by call and email but do not get any response please help me what should i do to get my money back. I am broken please help
