Damages caused to PayPal by Acceptable Use Policy violation, paypal charge and tranfer the money in own account, but we follow all the policy of paypal. We want to withdraw the fund after 180 days and we got the message from paypal that the money is on hold for 180 days but they transfer the money in own account without informing me, We create this account 1 year ago and we accept all the policy at that time but after that paypal update the policy and my account is limited the how we break the rules, It is a scam from paypal, Can we take legal action against Paypal?
