Hello my PayPal account was permanently closed. After 180 days I received a mail stating that my funds were eligible for withdrawal, but each time I try to withdraw I get a pop message stating "Oops, the withdraw could not be completed. We were unable to capture the funds, please contact Paypal." Kindly help on how to resolve this issue, it's been almost a week now and still can't withdraw my funds.
