How to withdraw from limited account in kenya

Hello! , My account got limited one year ago but I'm still unable to withdraw the funds in my country (Kenya) . It's past 180 days already. Help me out

The usual options of withdrawing to mpesa or equity aren't available apparently after a permanent account limitation.

So your only option is to withdraw to a U.S bank account which can be added to other countries paypal accounts IF you have one.
