How to win a paypal dispute as a buyer?

Good evening, I bought an in-game rank point boosting service with "self-play" and "express" option on website. After 6 hours of ranking games, my point didn't hit what they promise to(not even close). I realize I suck at this game and ask the seller can they pilot my account (cost way less than "self-play"), the seller said the boost service is complete due to it already hit a time limit and he asks me can I understand English or I'm using a translator, go read their web page <removed>. How do I win this dispute?

All you can do is file a dispute and see but to be honest I think you only have protection for item not received and not recieved but not as described for 'virtual items'.
