Welcome to our Community Forum! Normally any kind of shipment tracking comes in the form of a tracking number from USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. If you haven't received your item in a timely manner, I'd recommend reviewing the following Help Center article for Opening a Dispute.
