I bought a leather jacket at ghost rider gp or that is what I think happened. I want to track my order and don't know how to do so or how pay pal works. Must I buy it after the money is reflecting.

Since PayPal is only the payment method, you would not be able to check the status of your order from your PayPal account. To check the status of your order, please reach out to the merchant directly. If you don't receive the item, or if you receive something that is not as described, you have 180 days to dispute the payment from your Resolution Centre.
