How to speed up Resolution Center?

I made a purchase over 60 days ago. All that happens in the resolution center is the "Estimated case resolution" just keeps changing every day, it pushed the date farther out. The tracking number doesn't even list the destination address. The vendor has given two different tracking numbers, so dubious at best. I cannot find anyway to escalate this, so am I just **bleep** over my Pal pal?
