I received an item that according to the package was not what I ordered. I contacted Paypal regarding the item. The seller did not respond so Paypal refunded my money. When I gave the package to my daughter, she opened it and it was what I ordered. The outside package was labelled wrong. Now I would like to send the money back to the seller. I need to know how I go about this.
