I havent been on paypal for quite some time. Before when I sold stuff I would recwive the payment from the buyer than I would ship the item to the buyer. I was told that I have to ship the item first , get a trackong nimbwr than I would get paid. Can anyone tell me if this is how it works now or is it a scam. How will I know its a true buyer.
