So I ordered something online and paid through paypal. The next day I got a tracking number - for something that was delivered TWO MONTHS before I placed my order. Paypal won't refund my money because the person provided a valid tracking number and they don't care about the date. So hey guys, if you want to scam people, send them used tracking numbers and PayPal will let you keep their money.
Months ago I found a forum where Chinese vendors would talk about how to steal from customers via PayPal. They had instructions on how to get a tracking number to fool PayPal. The site is down now but I’m sure it moved.
Americans gave tips on ripping off people via PayPal and it was sad to read.
