My account was limited since June. My account doesn't have any money and no transaction at all. I got limited by PayPal during June time, when I was using my phone browsing an online shopping website, due to poor internet connection causing the lagging problem, I accidentally clicked the seller PayPal express check out.
After that, I receive an account limitation notified email from PayPal. When I click resolve resolution upload my personal ID to prove PayPal my identity and Paypal still limit my account. Even I try to call PayPal Malaysia customer service 03-77237155 no one picks up the line.
How can I resolve this issue?
