How to resolve an issue with paypal

I ordered a product over 3 months ago and never received it. I tried to contact the seller (China) but the website is not valid. I filed a dispute the PayPal settled in the sellers favor because they showed they shipped it? I can’t track the delivery. I’m obviously going to shut down my PayPal account as soon as this is over, but I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service here. If I had used my CC this would have been resolved already. Meanwhile I’m waiting for someone to respond to me from PayPal asking them to explain the situation. Looks like I’ve been scammed with no recourse
