I send money as a friend and family to a person pretended to be a mortgage broker for their brokerage fees. Found out yesterday they are not a mortgage broker or have no connection to a brokerage. they have stolen a license # from a real broker & pretended to be them. The incident was reported to the FBI (IC3), FTC, & local police. There's no option for me to ask for help here in PayPal. Can someone help? Only to report fraud if you didn't authorize the transaction. What can I do? Thanks.
