How to refund my payment if the merchant is not replying to the status of my ourchase

I don't receive any reply email on the status .the case has a number already but given me only up to 21 Sept 2019 to resolve after the it will be close .what happen to my payment if it is already closed.Good if they can refund it.

Sorry no idea what dispute or dispute type you are talking about so can't really advise.
