Help please. Paypal decided to close my account today even if i submitted the necessary documents. I really believe they dont get to decide whether to close the account or not unless the owner reported a potential risk. So i have remaining fund in my personal account. I wish to return the money to the sender because there is no way i can withdraw the money sent as help. I am not sure if I can return it because it could be sent as either payment for goods or sent for family and friends. I wish someone here can help me and let me know if the denied appeal can be reversed. Its really unfair for paypal to close accounts.
