I order item = computer in Jan 09 2021 from ebay.com and online pay by PayPal $463,3 to seller. Seller wrote me message by ebay.com that price is comming less to $420 and refund me $43,3 to my PayPal in Jan 09 2021. After that ebay.com send me mail: Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
Ebay still didn´t refund $420 to my PayPal. Ebay.com in support told me ask PayPal for money and when I try to ask PayPal, they open case for communicaition to ebay.com. But from ebay.com no any answer and from PayPal also no any answer.
What I have to do?
