How to refund a despute

so I sent someone an item and they didn't like it so they claimed a dispute on me and I want to refund them back their money and just get this whole thing over with but every time I try to refund them I can't find any place that will let me refund and I've tried lots. I tried going onto activity and then going to their order and trying to refund them but no button says refund under everything like it usually does and I've tried going into our messages together and doing refunds but it doesn't work so can someone please help me I'm a new seller and I just want to refund them. thank you
