How to receive a refund

On Nov. 29th I bought 2 bras through PayPal, but I did not use my account.  I ordered as a guest.

The bras were too small on me. Since Nov. 29th I have been trying to get an address to return the items and receive a refund.

The seller name is printed in Chinese and there is no telephone anywhere.

Since I bought it as a guest, I am unable to use the telephone or the Resolution Center because they are not programmed to help if you bought something as a guest.  I don't know what to do.

Please help.

IF you used your creditcard, do a chargeback against the transaction.

Dont bother with refund or returns. Just toss bras away and buy from your local store.
