On January 22, 2021, Paypal paid a vender from my account. By the end of February, I still had not received my order. I filed a complaint for resolution in February. Part of my order came in March. Then Paypal denied my complete. I still have an item that I did not received and it appears impossible to contact Paypay to receive and answer. What should I do other than cancel my paypay account?
