How to give more information about our account??

Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. Please provide the missing information by 24 April 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. I got this email from paypal, and my fiverr shows that the balance is deducted from fiverr When i go to resolution center in paypal website, it shows me 0 open cases, am i supposed to do something or its all okay and the balance will be added after some time?

Ok I was on limited and I was sopposed to get my 53 dollers and I was on limited I gave them my info my address and I get a email I didn’t follow the security or rules witch I did I sent my I’d everything matching and they won’t service me my account is restricted wtf I just sent all my info and u can’t let me cash out or  take the limit off I’m gonnasue if I keep getting this I’m not playing with PayPal
