How to get refunded after sending money to wrong #/ email
I accidentally sent money via my PayPal balance to the wrong person by entering the wrong phone # and/or email address. Now the person who received the funds won't issue me a refund after I explained in a email what had happened. I turned it into a dispute under unauthorized activity with resolution center. They came back with no refund was due as no unauthorized activity had taken place. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.
