How to get refund for faulty merchandise

Hello , I just got response from PayPal that they decided in sellers favor claim about faulty drone.what are my options to recuperate money , I feel  injustice done to me . Any help, please?

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer for a chargeback?
