Can you help with these situation .I have transferred my bonusly points to PayPal worth 25$ ,I received a mail stating Your payment is waiting, I removed my PayPal account after that.
Received mail content :

To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 31 October 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender. I waited till oct 31 ,I didn't get my sent money back to my bonusly account (sender). How can I approach further, when can I receive my money back |
