My account got limited a while ago, so I got an email that I could get my money in there out, I tried as much as possible to get it out by adding cards and bank didn’t work out, so I tried to send a check to my cousins address, unknowingly it was my name on the check so she couldn’t cash it, so I told her to send it back to PayPal so they can credit my account again, so I can use another means to get it out
