How to get a refund when you paid with guest checkout via credit card thru paypal?

Hi,

I am trying to dispute this payment with paypal for a refund for an inauthentic item from Grailed . When I paid for this item, I used my credit card for a one time payment instead of signing into my paypal account. How do I start a case? My paypal account has no record of this transaction. Only my credit card statement does.

Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.
