I recently had a transaction made through family and friends but never received the item from the seller. They seem to be a scam tactic and block all form on communication. Its impossible to reach Payvia phone and file a dispute online since you can't submit the form without error after filling out. The PayPal resolution center is horrible and not functioning. How do people file a dispute claim on item not received and did anyone ever get their money back.
