I hardly ever use PayPal. It works when I do, but I usually am not asked by many sites to pay through PayPal. Grailed requests that I use it. I have done it before. It was fine. This time I needed a refund. Grailed is apparently really good about refunds, so I wasn't worried. The seller was very nice about it. I figured it would be easy. Now the seller is not responding to me. I was told that I needed to find my transaction and click on it. When I click the transactions page, there is nothing shown. However, my bank account clearly shows that the money has been taken out. How do I fix this?
