How to get Paypal to look again at a dispute

Hello,

I received the wrong goods from a company who arranged a return. They sent a barcode label and due to Covid, the pick up was contactless and I did not receive a receipt. The company is not responding to emails, contact form or phone calls and because I do not have a return receipt, Paypal did not uphold the  complaint and despite the company agreeing a refund, I was charged. I have checked Trustpilot and I am one of several people who have had problems with the company in question. The resolution centre and PayPal assistant will not allow me to reopen my dispute, how can I achieve that?
