How to find transaction id to dispute a refund?

Hi, I just use paypal to purchase before registering. The transaction is not showing in my account. I only have the receipt number that paypal emailed to me.

PayPal protection is applicable to payment done through a personal PayPal account. If your transaction is not found in you activity page or transaction logs, the payment might have been completed as a guest user. Our purchase protection is not applicable for one time guest check out. Since this is a one-time guest check out and paid using your Card, you may contact your card issuer to seek assistance as they can surely have best options for you.
