How to email PayPal

Hi all, I'm trying to speak to someone from PayPal but this company is RIDICULOUS! I am holding a personal account which I use for regular online shopping. One day I sold a wedding gown and received a large sum of funds. PayPal restricted my account and requested for me to send in documents that don't make sense, for eg past evidence of successful delivery of goods?! I've been trying to contact to remove the restriction but to no avail. Not only are the funds not received, but I cannot even use my PayPal account for regular shopping these days! Anyone can help pls? An email to contact them will help, after which I should just say goodbye to this payment service for good. Thanks.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
