I have been searching for hours for an email address that contacts PayPal directly. I’ve tried message centre and it just says all customer service people are busy at the moment try again later. I’ve tried to get onto the resolution centre and because the payment i am enquiring about hasn’t shown up yet i can’t select a transaction to dispute. I can’t make a complaint either for the same reason.
