I just purchased an item with paypal and noticed the following day that the USPS number is invalid and the message says that it was already delivered. I filed a complaint explaining the situation and they just closed it after a few hours saying that I agreed for the transactions. They didn't read my explanation about the tracking of an invalid USPS number.
Has this happened to someone where there was no FRAUD and they did receive the item ordered?
