How to delete account with limitations?

I am currently having an issue where I cannot use my primary paypal account because I made a second account unknowing that it was against paypal's policy. I want to delete the second account but am currently unable due to limitations set on both accounts due to them having similar information (because they both are with my information). Deleting the second account would remove the matching information on a different account and would stop my account from being limited. Is there any way I can delete a limited account?

Thanks

Sadly not, and it may not make any difference now anyway as you have already broken their rules.

Only customer services can tell you if you can regain access...

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
