In short, I made a purchase just one day before making this Paypal account at an online store that, upon further investigation, seems a bit suspicious. I am currently in this situation where I have received the confirmation email from Paypal, but not the seller, and I’ve emailed them as well to try to see if they’ll respond. So far they have not written back, but I will give them a few days. Therefore, I want to ask for the worst case scenario: if they wouldn’t reply at all or my item doesn’t exist, how can I settle this dispute? Is there anything that I can do to get my money back? In case this might matter: I purchased the item using a supplementary credit card, which is already registered to a different Paypal account, and all I have for now is the confirmation receipt. Please help.
