I have received a offer regarding a case i have, i have been offered a full refund on condition i return the item by 4th September 2020, i want to respond and agree on condition that the seller agrees to pay a full refund and pay for return postage as they deliberately tyred to scam me and i think its unfair that i should be out of pocket for a crime i didn't commit also the item took almost 4 months to get to my address and the seller only agreed if i returned the item by the 4th of September which is not at all possible, i have tryed to contact paypal to find what i should do but not being very technical minded i seem to go around in circles and cant figure out how to put my proposal forward and to let them know my concerns thank you
