I’ve recently had my merchandise sent to an old address. No one lives there anymore so I’m assuming it went back to the seller. But there’s no contact information to this seller except his name. How do I email or otherwise get word to him that my merchandise went to a very old address I lived at over a year ago?

Hi @MyaSolace
Welcome to community and thank you for the post. I completely understand your concern regarding the item you ordered is been shipped to your old address. However, you can contact the seller and ask them regarding your order details. You can find the seller details by following the given steps:
Here's how to find the seller's contact information:
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
- Click the transaction you want a refund for.
- Use the contact information to send the seller an email (if email address is not displayed, use the seller website, then find how to contact them).
I hope this helps!
