A dispute arised between me (seller) and a buyer. At first we were not able to reach any agreement so I (seller) escalated the case. But now we reached an agreement. Can the buyer cancel the case now ? If Yes, how ?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I meant from the buyers perspective. Is there any option to cancel the case after it is escalated?
