I started a dispute against someone I didn't mean too and I need help canceling it immediately since they are in the negative, please help soon
Also, it still says it's in the reviewing phase, however, the seller had money deducted from their account, any way to solve this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
