Hi, I recently posted back an item to China and I want to send the seller a photo of the Australia Post Receipt. I have not escalated the claim to Paypal to resolve and I know I can attach photos when I do escalate it, but I would like to send the photos now, which it is in the Resolution Centre, but not yet escalated to a claim. Thanks.
Upload the image to an image host site like postimages.org and post the link in message to the seller, if it does not let you upload anything during the dispute phase of the case. Then if you do have to escalate, upload it again then.
