How to add more information to dispute opened by Customer Support

Hi,

    My dispute was opened by the Customer Service for Item not received but I am not able to add additional details to the dispute while seller has provided info. It was a subscription service and what the seller did was that they disabled my account, charged automatic payment, kept my account closed and just before filing a reply opened it again. What can I do at this point of time as they can show that my account is working while I have a screenshot that it was not working before.
