Hello, I got a payment from a customer trying to <removed> from my website which has been hyphenated. But later on changed his mind with the purchase which he made via Paypal and asked for a refund from us which we replied will take a about 3 days upon review. But he was impatient and filed a complain to paypal. We wish to issue him a refund but don't know how since the payment keeps taking us to the resolution center. Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated .
