How to I contest Resolution Center decision

I've had 8 unauthorized PayPal charges for Facebook ads in the last 5 days.  When I first received an email from PayPal about the charges, I contacted PayPal and they refunded the earliest two.  Then I reported more unauthorized charges as a group.  The Resolution Center response was "they were NOT unauthorized charges", therefore they will not refund the money.  At no time did I have "recurring" charges for Facebook ads.  I've removed Facebook from the list of businesses I've paid with PayPal, removed the credit card and bank info from PayPal AND I have contacted my credit card company which will refund the money, but I'm very unhappy that the PayPal Resolution Center refused my claim.  I'd like to continue using PayPal, but don't feel like they have my back.  Does anyone know of a phone number I can use to call them?
