I never received a purchase I paid for with PayPal 5 months ago. The seller, Beautiful Halo, from China has been giving me the run around and now PayPals AI is closing my claims saying it is not covered.

 

How do I get to a real person to talk to, email with or chat with ( Not AI) ?

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

How did you pay ie was it their website checkout or did you use the send money option and if so which one?

How did you fund your paypal payment?
