How to Change Name

When I created this account, I was under the age of 18 so I used my mother's name. I am the one using the account since it was created but now that I have my own bank account and finances, I am having trouble linking things because of this. I need to change my Paypal name officially.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get any money back if there are funds in there until you were 18.

Also you cannot change the name of a paypal personal account, your best option would be to close the account before paypal limits it and then open on in your own name.
