I bought an item via ebay on november. Waited 3 month and ebay protection expired.
I opened paypal case, seller replied with tracking number like 123123 USP and Paypal limited my account
Just because they can. No refund, no item. Seller Account is banned via ebay. So he just have my money.
Wow, awersome! And of course I cant conact paypal anywhere. The issue that I bought some items from the same seller I guess, and all 2 cases are lost. Thank u , dear paypal
