I am in dispute with a seller, I attempted to buy a soft serve ice creram maker which never arrived and my neighbour signed for a parcel which contained an ice cube tray. The seller has asked me to accept a partial refund which i refused as I still havent had the ice cream maker or anything like it But there seems no way to update my dispute to say x no of days later I still have not received the ice cream maker and the ice cube tray is part of a scam. So how do you actually contact PayPal!!!
