How much time to lift account limitation?

My account was limited and I was providing required information a week ago. Today, I see that my account limitation removal is still pending PayPal review. Usually, it takes how much time?

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I've contacted via Twitter as I can't call them. They told me that my request is escalated. But almost one week later, still no evolution of my case.
