How long to have my refund from Ragnarok Mobile?

Hello guys,

I have already requested a refund to Paypal but still waiting for the vendor's response. I'd like to ask on how long would it be possible to refund all my top-ups in Ragnarok Mobile EL: Gobal.

I have muntiple topups amounting approx to 1500USD. I have a very bad connection with their server and is not able to do good bosshunts because of the lag and delay. I would like to refund all my top-ups and being banned is no problem with me. Anyone have the same issue / Request?

Did you manage to get a refund and how long? i'm issuing a refund now because the update to the game made it unplayable for my devices.
