I made a case with discover card and they closed it but PayPal will not close the case because they said they didn’t receive the case closed from discover. I can’t get my money back until PayPal closed the case on their side but they say they haven’t received anything from discover. How long does it take it’s been over two months. Wouldn’t they automatically update cases or does someone have to manually read each case update from outside banks and cards?? Don’t know what to do anymore they keep brushing me off when I ask for updates
